In his role as Housing Minister, Christopher Pincher reports back on issues regarding national housing policy and delivery and planning. Driving up housing supply, increasing home ownership and supporting strong communities with excellent public services
Gareth Blacker from Homes England Director for Structural Development & Infrastructure will offer Homes England South West Opportunities.
Gareth will be followed by Kat Adair, South West Regional Co-ordinator UKGBC on the Future Homes Standards and Andy Sutton, Sero on The route to being Net Zero. Finally we have two outstanding case studies from those already delivering best practice.
Firstly the Magna Housing/Rollalong/SWPA Case Study will be delivered by Paul Read of Magna Housing followed by Jessie Wilde, Deputy Project Director of the Bristol Housing Festival speaking about Enabling Housing Innovation for Inclusive Growth.
