Richard Cymler
Richard’s career in building control spans 40 years in both the public and private sector and is currently the Regional Director Midlands Region for Ball and Berry (part of Sweco) Approved Inspectors.
He is a Chartered member of both CABE and CIOB and also acts as an End Point Assessor for CIOB in conjunction with Wolverhampton University’s Building Control Degree Apprenticeship. Richard is currently chair of the CE Midlands Building Safety Group and is also a qualified business coach and mediator.
