In this interactive webinar Natalie will be talking about the ever more relevant topic of mental health in the workplace – how employees with poor mental health can be helped, how good mental health can be encouraged and maintained and why employers should and need to care about this important issue. Natalie will focus on the unique challenges faced by the construction industry and the support available for individuals in the sector along with the risks faced by employers who are not willing to engage with the increasing emergence of mental health issues in the workplace.
