Julian Humphreys BSC MCIOB FCMI MAPM - Programme Manager
Joined CHP in July 2017 with responsibility for the successful delivery of new health facilities within the LIFT/public private partnership (PPP) environment and major variations to the existing property portfolio. Julian is both a Chartered Manager and Builder and a member of the Association of Project Management. Post-graduation Julian worked with several national contractors on projects both in the UK and overseas. Since 2005 Julian has worked client side, within the public sector delivering major construction projects and successfully managing a wide range of transformation and change programmes. Since joining CHP, Julian has led a programme of improvements to CHP’s estate delivering variation projects to time and budget working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders Julian is CHP’s delivery lead for the Foleshill Health Centre and has been involved since approval of the OBC in August 2018. Julian leads the separate CHP-appointed Passivhaus design team. Following FBC approval in July 2020, Julian took the project to contract close and led the project through construction, handover and occupation.
