Is the current environment the burning platform that we have been waiting for the construction sector to make a step change in productivity?
With the challenges we face we are being forced to do more with less and at the same time plan and organise projects to a level of detail we have not done before but this needs to be achieved in a sustainable way and create the foundation for tomorrow.
Steve will discuss how Lean Thinking and Modern Methods of Construction can help us achieve this.
