Stephen is involved in the design, implement and manage workplace health & wellbeing programmes for employers – with a particular focus on mental health. He undertakes in-depth assessments at both employer level (in terms of policies, procedures, support infrastructures and data outputs) and employee level (from psychosocial risk assessments/ bespoke wellbeing surveys to focus groups) to develop informed and relevant programmes for employers. His career in this field spans over 20 years, from in-house HR, as external consultant as well as with health & wellbeing providers.
