Fire Resistance of Timber Frame - What you need to know

As more clients and potential detailers for timber frame seek support from the supply chain it is important to know where your liability lies in advising and where good advice can be found. The lack of understanding in the industry about what is required for fire safety is being highlighted by the Building Safety Act 2022. The Act is creating an industry of advisors that in turn create questions within the low-rise low-risk market in which we mainly operate. This is an STA technical “open kitchen” presentation where you can ask questions and seek answers on what the STA are doing to support you on this important topic.
