Our training is behavioural based and so suitable for complete supply chains, and everyone involved in collaboratively delivering a contract or a project from the very top down in organisations.
Experience over the years has taught us that humans do not naturally collaborate in their everyday lives let alone in their work. An assumption, and a wrong one, is that as humans we 'pick up' relationship skills in our early and formative years through an 'absorption process' rather than through any learning or training. Unfortunately, through this 'absorption process' we can pick up as many bad as well as good relationship skills and behaviours.
Furthermore, poor collaborative behavioural skills may be exacerbated through our current and past experiences in both our work and in particular the culture of the organisation we work for.
Changing, and thus transforming, the beliefs and values that will foster and create the trust in which collaboration can flourish is the very reason you and your people should be involved and attending the short training programme.
