Working A one-day introduction course suitable for all people from every level in an organisation or supply chain with at least two-years sector experience such as graduates, supervisors, managers, project/contract managers, surveyors, architects, consultants, executives and directors.

Introduction to Leadership for Collaborative Working

A one-day introduction to leadership for supervisors, managers, project/contract managers, surveyors, architects, consultants, executives and directors. Ideally those attending this course would benefit from attending the ‘Introduction to Collaboration & Collaborative Working’ course as this course builds upon much of the content in that course.

Both courses are aimed at people from organisations who have intentionally decided to collaborate with other organisations in an alliance, a partnering arrangement, a framework, a project, a contract, or a supply chain towards achieving a specific shared goal/s.
